Being a Bank Worker

We recognise that not everyone is able, or wants, to take on a permanent contract.  That for some people, a flexible contract that enables them to work around children, caring for relatives, study or other commitments is preferable and gives them the freedom to manage a sustainable work life balance.

In those circumstances we offer bank contracts.  This means we will offer you shifts as they become available across our services and you are then free to choose whether those shifts suit your availability or not.
