Rachel's Case Study

Being an apprentice has been amazing. Having the course itself funded by the levy has been more helpful than you could ever imagine and has opened doors for me that I never would have been able to open myself. The support that I have had from my manager and her manager have been second to none, and the support from my co-workers has also been phenomenal.

Being on the apprenticeship training programme has allowed me the opportunity to work closely with people in my team and given me a much greater understanding of their methods and ways or working. It has definitely been worth all the work that has been needed this year and I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and making friendships that I know will both last, help my professional career and provide support networks for the future.
