Competitive pay
- Social Worker up to £48,708 (including a market supplement of £6k)
- Senior Social Worker up to £51,731 (including a market supplement of 5k)
- Assistant Team Manager up to £52,710 (including a market supplement of 4k)
- Team Managers up to £61,886 (including a market supplement of 3k)
For social workers in our Contact Advice and Assessment Service, Family Safeguarding Teams and Children with Disabilities Team we also offer a generous recruitment and retention package including:
- A golden hello payment of £3k after one year in post.
- A retention payment of £2k after two years of service.
- A further retention payment of £3k, plus a four week paid sabbatical after three years' service.
