Summary

An opportunity to spend a morning with our Customer Services team to gain some insight into the range of services we support in West Berkshire Council.  The Customer Services team is the first point of contact for The Council and the team have knowledge of many services West Berkshire Council offer including Planning and Housing.


The Opportunity

This could be a placement which lasts a couple of hours, or half a day, depending on how much detail the candidate wishes to go into.  You can expect to:

  • Gain an oversight of the services West Berkshire Council provide
  • Experience working in a Reception
